Residential Water damage Long Beach, CA

This water damage in Long Beach, CA caused by upstairs neighbor’s shower. Water affected 2 unit’s downstairs, living room and the kitchen. First our crew had to move out the tenant’s belonging to a storage unit in order to start the water restoration.

 Entire ceiling and walls were affected, and the landlord was concern about loss of income due to extend of the damage. Our crew arrived at the job site in a timely manner and they were able to save the kitchen cabinets and the wood floor.

 We were able to complete this project is 5 days and the tenants moved back in by the end of the week. The landlord was very appreciative that our crew put all their effort to finish this project in a timely manner.
