Here at SERVPRO of Northwest Long Beach, our trained professionals begin by conducting a formal inspection of the water loss and the affected areas of the property. Our technicians will use a moisture reader to determine the areas that need drying and will then determine what equipment and how many to effectively dry the home in a timely manner.

While it is important to dry the structure quickly, we also want to make sure everything is done properly and sometimes this requires extra processes to get the best results. We communicate every step of the process with your insurance company to make sure all approvals have been received and that they are aware of any necessary procedures that need to take place to complete the job.
